Join us on Friday, September 22nd in person with Deb McGregor for an interactive and engaging workshop designed to build our resiliency and learn more effective stress management!
Learn about The Circle Process tool which is designed to navigate emotions, awareness, choice and validation. Additional benefits of this tool include more effective stress management and better understanding of emotional sorting.
Deb then moves the group into the 5 C’s of Resiliency and uses drumsticks as a tool for exploring creativity, community, connection, consistency and commitment.

Deb McGregor is a CPCC, CNTC and PCC credentialed coach and activational speaker. She received her undergraduate degree from Concordia College with a B.A. in Organizational Communications and French. Her Master’s degree is from North Dakota State University with a M.A. in Speech Communications and an emphasis in Organizational Culture and Structure..
Deb is a JOY Catalyst. In addition to her work as a coach, she hosts a nationally syndicated radio program. Her infinite game is to start a JOY Movement. She loves to assist individuals in developing their fullest potential through innovative training, consulting and coaching.
