Rhythm and Rituals for Little Ones-Free Parent Workshop

Join Apple Blossom Village Director, Dacia Dauner, for a morning of relaxation and learning at Pine Pals Intergenerational Learning Child Care. 

We will explore: 

• Daily, weekly, and seasonal rhythms
• How to set up a peace corner or zen den
• Adding calming rituals at mealtime and bedtime
• Adding more nature to your day to create a healthy atmosphere that nourishes both the adult caregiver and the child. 

Includes parent craft and a time to share ideas. 

For parents and caregivers ages birth to five. Free for everyone! 

Free child care for children ages 16 months and up. Care provided by Pine Pals Child Care.
