Circle of Security Parenting

Do you feel overwhelmed with parenting? Do you want to understand your child's big emotions and behaviors better? Would you like to yell less and connect more? Circle of Security Parenting is a therapeutic parenting education and support group designed specifically for parents and caregivers who are working hard to parent while experiencing significant challenges. Our weekly 90-minute class uses the Circle of Security curriculum to understand how our own experiences affect our parenting and how we can respond to our children while maintaining a safe relationship.

This class is free and offers a lunch each week. Learn strategies to build a strong healthy parent-child relationship, connect with other parents in a supportive non-judgmental environment, and gain the confidence to be the parent you want to be!
